Most recently he has been actively engaged in an Agile team, creating the foundations for a reversed engineered VMS (Vendor Management System) from a Legacy, hard coded application, to a more fluid and extensible Application with Micro-Services fed by a set RESTful API interfaces.
He has engaged with many technical testing environments to provide leadership, strategy, planning, methodology, documentation, reporting, End 2 End testing from Functional, Integration, E2E and User Acceptance Testing since 1996. Throughout his 18 years experience, he has implemented systems in over 11 countries abroad for insurance, credit cards, Credit Unions, Grocers, Retailers and Business Process Management platforms.

Bill began his interest as a musician since 6, bad member since 11 playing guitar, bass, organ and voice. He began writing music at age 18, played throughout Europe in his early 20’s proving his music.
He returned to the US to attend the North Texas State University Music School, majoring in Compostion and Theory, with Guitar as a Primary instrument and Piano as a secondary instrument. He achieved and minted a 3.9 point average during his 3.5 yrs there.
He joined his family’s Insurance Agency to partner in the management and sales of Group, Life, Health, Personal and Commercial Lines insurance with a staff of 17. After 6 years in the Fulbright Insurance Agency, he was hired by Alexander and Alexander of Texas, Inc. to be a National Account Manager for the Fleming Food Corporation. At age 31, he left to pursue his career in music, successfully built a strong professional reputation as a solo performer, one man band, band leader, actor for T.V. shows such as “Dallas”, CBS Made for TV Movies, Regional and Local TV Commercials. He also wrote and produced musical “jingles” for radio commercials through out his career in the US and Mexico.
His interest in electronics and recording led him into the world of computers in 1986 with the purchase of his first computer to assist in running his Management Consulting firm, Fulbright Consulting where he provided Business Management and Communication skills consulting services. During this time he received over 6,000 hours of training in Neuro Linguistic Programming, which he used to provide many seminars to corporations such as General Dynamics, the IRS, President’s Health Clubs, Ebby Halliday Realty, MCI and other companies in the DFW metroplex.
Clients began asking for support with their computers, software, and how to best use them. Bill expertly guided them successfully to productive solutions. This led to a designing, creating and building an IVR based Call Center, which led to a career as a process and business analyst, system analyst and tester in the independent consulting profession. This was to be the beginning of a 18+ year career in System Integration and Services Implementation on a global level with companies like CITIGROUP, Bank of America, The Home Depot Bank of Montreal (Canada), Vancity Credit Union (Canada), Insurance Company of British Colombia (CA), Chase, CNA, Fireman’s Fund, Liberty Mutual as well as others in Senior support roles.
